SPONSORSHIP DETAILS
On behalf of the committee members of the Madoc Santa Claus Parade we would like to thank all of the previous sponsors and future sponsors for their financial support of this very important community tradition. The 2023 Madoc Santa Claus parade theme is “A Hometown Christmas”.
Our committee is made up and operated by volunteers from the community and local Service Clubs. Funding comes strictly from the support of the Business Community and not your Tax Dollars. Each year the expenses of the parade escalates as we require Ontario Provincial Police services, Insurance, Bands, Banners, Website, Costumes and various Special Attractions which all have to be paid for prior to the parade. We very much need and appreciate your financial support to assist us in carrying on this Santa Claus Parade tradition.
Below is a detailed description of the various sponsorship levels, the benefits for each, along with a sponsorship form.
Cheques can be made payable to the “Madoc Santa Claus Parade” and can be forwarded to our mailing address with your sponsorship form at PO Box 669 Madoc, ON K0K2K0.
